A dive into EDCI 336

Reflection 2

In the past Tuesday’s class, we focused on multimedia learning theory and mage, video, & audio editing this class was super interesting for me because I am a huge believer in the multimedia learning theory.  Specifically, the idea that adding visuals that I now know is very simple to integrate into some sort of online presentation.  The difference from a slide that just has writing is frankly just boring to look at, while at the same time some student’s understandings can benefit drastically from being able to see information visually rather than just simple writing on a screen. I wasn’t able to play around with Microsoft’s PowerPoint as much as I would have liked to because I needed to resubscribe as a Uvic student and therefore was unsuccessful in being able to copy the Bernie Sanders PNG that the other students were using and I have been trying to find the same PNG and have been very unsuccessful and gave into using a regular photo from Biden’s presidential inauguration. So I decided to play around on PowerPoint and crop him in front of the First Peoples House located on Uvic’s campus.
